Mobile Microrobotics Principles and Manufacturing Technologies

A new emerging field has recently appeared in the microand nano-technologies: the untethered, submillimeter, microor nano-sized robots, which present potential applications in biomedical diagnosis, targeted drug delivery or micro-electro-mechanical parts microassembly. Microrobotics is the field of miniature robotics and is that branch of robotics, which deals with the study and application of miniature ones like mobile robots of micrometre scale. This article presents an microrobotics perspective on the microfabrication and micromanipulation work that performed.
